Waikiki Spam Jam 2009

Gilroy has the Garlic Festival, Hawaii, has the Spam Jam.

Although Spam is commonly referred to as "poor people food", the perception of Spam in Hawaii is quite different. We eat it all the time. There are at least 3 Hawaii cookbooks dedicated to Spam on Amazon.com.
